Pehiaweri Marae: Pehiaweri Hub

Pehiaweri Hub was recently launched at Pehiaweri Marae.  The marae connecting community hub has projects and activities happening at the marae on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

kite competition (gold coin registration) with the opportunity to create your own traditional kite and fly it on the day. Kaitiaki Hapū Collective Environmental Pre-Plannig Hui @Tuesday 1 July 2014, 5pm (Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi-O-Ngāpuhi, Conference Room)

Māori children are five-and-a-half times more likely to die of abuse and neglect than children of other ethnicities according to a new report released on Thursday.


Traditional skills aim to lure village visitors in Kerikeri

A reconstructed Māori fishing village near Kerikeri's Stone Store is hosting a group of healers, herbalists and weavers for the next three months.
