Rahui on to try and stop kauri dieback

Kauri dieback is caused by a microscopic fungus-like disease called Phytophthora taxon Agathis (PTA) and is spread through the movement of spores in soil, water and root/wood material. It infects kauri roots, damaging tissues carrying nutrients and water within the tree - basically starving the kauri to death.
